Russ Welder

It is with great sadness that the members of MCRA pay their solemn and final respects to our dear friend, Russ Welder.  What a wonderful life he shared with all of us!  His courage and patriotism were a tremendous service to our nation as he protected our freedom through his military service.  Russ carried those admirable traits into every facet of his life and our world of court reporting was blessed by his leadership abilities and his strength to win the battles MCRA has faced. 

Russ was such a well-loved gentleman that every member of MCRA grew to respect his character and adore his spirit!  His stories were so fun and filled with laughter that I can almost see the twinkle in his eyes and that wonderful smile on his face!  Russ loved his family, his country and his profession with endless devotion.  Therefore, the Missouri Court Reporters Association extends our heartfelt sympathy to all of his family members and loved ones during this time of sorrow and reflection on a hero in our hearts, Russ Welder!
